Lost is a one-color collection about being lost in space. This all-black collection explores the importance of materiality to textile design and how textiles relate to us beyond color. Sound played an important part in this collection as there is no sound that humans can make out in space. With materials like trash bags, jingles shells, tinsel garlands, electrical tape, and beads, the fabrics have an audible presence in space.
